Terms and Conditions

SUBJECTS: I specialize in human, anthropomorphic, and monstrous characters. However, I am open to other subjects and ideas. Let me know if you want something else!MATURE CONTENT: Commissions containing mature content are only available to clients age eighteen (18) years of age and older. The artist defines mature content as containing, but not limited to: nudity; sexual situations; sexual fetishes; suggestive poses; and suggestive clothing.REFERENCES: Please provide at least one (1) visual or text reference. The more references, the better!SELECTION: The artist has the right to approve or reject commission requests.PRICES: Prices on this page are a baseline of how much a piece will cost. Depending on the complexity of the work requested, the price may be more or less than what is shown on this page. Prices on this page also include both Federal and State taxes as applicable in the United States.INVOICES: Unless otherwise agreed upon between the artist and client, invoices are sent from the artist to the client. Regardless of payment method, the artist reserves the right to maintain records of the transactions. These records are kept private and will only be shared with third parties with appropriate warrants and subpoenas in accordance with Federal and State laws in the United States. However due to restrictions put in place by payment processors for artistic work, no comments or descriptions of the work will be recorded on the invoices.PAYMENT: The client has thirty (30) days to pay the invoice. If the client needs more time in order to do so, the artist can extend the payment period on a case-by-case basis. Work on the commission begins once the invoice has been paid in full. Payment plans are also available for those who cannot pay the entire amount on a case-by-case basis.PROCESS: Works-in-progress (WIPs) are shared with the client. WIPs are not to be shared without artist's consent.COMPLETION: Once complete, client may request minor changes for free. Major changes may cost extra, the price of which negotiated between the artist and the client.DELIVERY: I specialize in digital commissions, which are delivered through the client's preferred method (email, DM, Discord, etc.) Physical commissions are delivered through mail service (shipping and handling added to the price.)USAGE: The artist and the client have the right to post completed commissions on any public media of choice. Third parties must obtain written consent from both the artist and the client prior to posting. This includes, but is not limited to, a third party posting the image on their website and/or social media accounts, and the third party using the image for commercial purposes. The artist, client, and any third parties are strictly PROHIBITED from using the complete commissions for the minting of non-fungible tokens (NFTs), inclusion in datasets for so-called artificial intelligence (AI) image generators, or any other such technology which deliberately devalues the skill, time, and effort put into the work. The artist and the client reserve the right to pursue any and all legal means of resolving unauthorized use of their artwork, including but not limited to arbitration and criminal prosecution.REFUNDS: Requests for refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If refund is approved, part or all of the payment is returned based on the stage of the work in progress. All WIPs are provided to the client, free-of-charge. The client must obtain written consent from the artist prior to posting WIPs.
